The story of Starlin told me

Starlin was the autocrat. The autocrat is ruler who has complete power and does not care about people's opinion.
I think many people die in the country which has autocrat. The autocrat has many enemmies. If he wants to keep power, he has to kill enemmies who resist him.
Starlin also had many enemmies and he killed all of them. Starlin didn't belive all of people and family,too. He was always afraid of assassin, so he chanded bedroom everyday.
I think he was really bad perspon but he modernised Russia. I mean he was important for Russia. If he was good person, he became a hero.
